“We had a great atmosphere when recording acapulco, I adore her. It was an experience that I would never have imagined because at first they spoke to me five days before and they told me ´if you stayed, you have to go and lock yourself in the hotel´, I lived in a bubble production because I had to work with a pandemic.”

“I did not understand well: you live in the set and It wasn’t easy because they wouldn’t let us go out, you can’t go down and sunbathe because they’re filming on the other side and the loungers were from the production. You couldn’t go to the other side of the beach either because you couldn’t live with the people because of the responsibility that exists and there was no damage, there were no COVID infections, ”he said.

Despite having had very little interaction with Eugenio Derbez, Regina confessed that she likes the work that the comedian does because it raises the name of Mexico.

“Eugenio’s energy has always been that he surrounds himself with very professional and respectful people, I think he hires people who have no conflicts. Then you can hire someone professional, but that can be a pebble in your shoe. It was a fantastic choice.”
