Edward Enninful, director of ‘Vogue’ in Europe, marries in a grand wedding with Rihanna, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell

He has been one of the most powerful men in fashion in the United Kingdom for almost five years and, now, Edward Enninful has celebrated that five-year professional career with another milestone, in this personal case: his wedding. Director of fashion in the United Kingdom and, since the end of 2020, also the editorial director of the magazine throughout Europe, married his partner, the creative Alec Maxwell, a few days ago and has now decided to share some details of the link.

A link as massive and full of familiar faces as, on the other hand, absolutely discreet and private. The couple married in a huge palatial house from 1580 called Longleat, located about 200 kilometers west of London. The place has belonged to the Marquesses of Bath for 16 generations, since the 17th century. The gardens are usually visited seasonally, and in fact the house will reopen for tours guided next April 1. The house was visited by Elizabeth II in 1980 and has paintings by Tintoretto and Tiziano; furthermore, in its more than 360 hectares of land you can visit a safari that the sixth marquis installed in 1966 and which was the first in the world outside of Africa.
