Through the social network Twitter, a publication by Mark Antony Gonzalez that generated all kinds of comments, from celebrity personalities who felt offended by being exposed with their behavior, such as the case of the renowned actress Martha Isabel Bolaños.
In interview with Infobae Colombiathe creator of this controversial publication told some details that led him to reveal the content, always making it very clear that his goal was never to make the renowned restaurant look bad, from which he resigned approximately four months ago.
“I want to clarify that the bottom of the thread was not the restaurant but my personal experience as a customer service manager”expressed Marco González, protagonist of the controversial thread.
Infobae Colombia: Why did Marco Antonio decide to make this thread with his experience in customer service?
Marco Antonio Gonzalez (MAG): I didn’t get up one day to say ‘I’m going to do this and I’m going to make everyone look bad’, it wasn’t like that, I just wanted to share a personal opinion from my experiencebut I did not think that it would have this repercussion, much less how it escalated, I never thought so.
I literally woke up the next day and the cell phone was going to explode with the notifications, it was not something that I thought and that I meditated for many days, but it was an impulse and I did not do it with the intention of making anyone look bad, I still think that I didn’t.
Infobae Colombia: We know that you were the victim of threats against you for the content, are you taking legal action in this regard?
MAG: I know that they wrote to me about many false profiles, it was obvious that they were false, strong words, but there was a very serious one and a call that is already under investigation. They were very strong words and by reservation I cannot say much because precisely it is already under investigation.
Infobae Colombia: In addition to Jack Black, Sam Smith and David Beckham, who else caught your attention for the behavior that you failed to mention in this thread?
MAG: There were several soccer stars too, Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, everyone was very kind, very good people, local soccer stars with everyone it was an incredible experience. Another one I remember, Justin Bieber, I didn’t have to attend to him, but when I saw him and according to what my colleagues told me, he was cool.
During the interview, we asked her to give us a Top 3 of the celebrities who were the most generous in their treatment and the ones that were the least close to that quality.
MAG: With whom I did well as a personal experience, who were very friendly, were Falcao, Evaluna and Camilo and Alejandro Riaño. Of those who were not so cool, and well, I refer to the attitude as ‘no’, Julio Sánchez Cristo, the brother and Calle y Poche.
Infobae Colombia: Finally, what other celebrities apart from Martha Isabel Bolaños complained or commented on your publication?
MAG: I don’t know, I uploaded it to her but I know that Diego Trujillo also commented something there, but well the thread lent itself to telling many anecdotes, everyone wrote there something about how it went with public figures elsewhere and that was the background of the thread, was to tell a personal experience of how it went for one attending certain people.
Infobae Colombia: Will you make a second part of the thread?
MAG: No, I am going to stop everything there precisely because of how much media coverage it was and because of what it generated, because of the threats I received.
