Kim Kardashian will soon be a lawyer: she knows 4 cases she has won with her legal team

Kim kardashian announced on the morning of Monday, December 13, that he passed the first Bar exam, which accredits legal advisers in California.

According to Kim’s post, he failed the exam three times in the past two years, but “studied hard” to try one more time and pass it.

“Looking in the mirror, I am really proud of the woman I see in the reflection today. I know my dad would be proud and surprised to know that this is my path now, but he would be my best study partner. I’ve been told that he made fun of people who didn’t pass the test on the first try like he did, but he would have been my biggest cheerleader, ”Kardashian wrote on Instagram.

According to Kim’s explanation in the post, the exam she passed was the first of two she must take in California to qualify as legal counsel; however, the first stage is the one with the most difficult approval rating.

Kardashian did not reveal when she will conduct the second trial, but will soon be officially a lawyer and will be able to take cases in court like her father did. Robert Kardashian, who was in charge of the legal situation of OJ Simpson.

However, as part of her preparation to become a lawyer, Kim Kardashian was already involved in some legal cases in which she was successful.

Helped secure clemency from Alice Johnson

In October 2017, Kim Kardashian discovered on social networks the case of Alice Johnson, a woman who was imprisoned in 1996 for a drug crime without violence, for which she was sentenced to a life sentence.

Kardashian became involved in the case by asking her attorney Shawn Holley to review Johnson’s situation and hires a new legal team for her.

Kim had a personal meeting with then-President Donald Trump to discuss Alice Johnson’s release, and soon after, Trump granted her clemency.

Helped in another drug offense case

After Alice Johnson’s achievement, Kim Kardashian was once again involved in the case of a Miami man who had been incarcerated for 22 years for a low-level drug crime.

“We did it again. We had the best decision with this loving family and my attorney, who just won the release of their beloved Jeffrey in Miami. He served 22 years of a life sentence for a low-level drug case. It was a long time, but I am very happy to investigate this life-saving work, ”Kim wrote on Twitter in May 2019.

Helped release Momolu Stewart

Momolu Stewart appeared in the 1998 film ‘Slam’ and, during the filming of the film, the then actor was on trial on first degree murder charges. Stewart was found guilty and spent 22 years in prison, but his sentence was reduced thanks to Kim Kardashian.

In 2019, Kardashian visited Stewart’s prison and, after learning of his case, wrote a letter asking the judge to consider a sentence reduction.

Kim’s request worked, as the court reduced Stewart’s sentence to time served and five years of probation.

Helped Alice Johnson free other women

In March 2020, Kim Kardashian shared that three women who were imprisoned alongside Alice Johnson received clemency from President Donald Trump.

Crystal Munoz, Judith Negron and Tynice Hall were serving time for misdemeanors, but their cases were exposed by Alice Johnson after her release and they were also released.

In April 2020, Kardashian released the documentary ‘Kim Kardashian West: The Justice Project’, in which the celebrity shows cases of convicts that she and her legal team believe were wrongfully imprisoned. According to Kardashian, the objective of the production is to expose the problems of the judicial system in the United States and give a second chance to people who do not have the resources to defend themselves legally.
