Camila Herrera (Melek)

The Chilean dubbing actress is in charge of lending her voice to the character played by Beren Gokyildiz, whom she also brought to life when she played Oyku in the successful melodrama “Mi hija” (Kızım). Until before this role, the 32-year-old actress had only dubbed cartoons.

Carmen Amadori (Sule)

WHAT IS “MOTHER” ABOUT?

“anne” or also known in Spanish-speaking countries as “Mother” tells the story of the character Zeynep Güneş, a young substitute teacher who, upon learning that one of her students who is only seven years old, Melek, is suffering from mistreatment by her family and she is abandoned, she decides to take her away and start a new life with her, becoming her new mother.

THE SUCCESS OF “MADRE” IN OTHER COUNTRIES

In Turkey, the soap opera was the best premiere of the 2016-2017 season, achieving 6.72 audience rating points. In addition, it could become one of the most watched productions of the time. Only during the broadcast of its third episode, the audience increased significantly, reaching an average of 10.78 points.

If we talk about Chile, the telenovela also had great support, becoming the fourth most successful Turkish series.

In the case of Argentina, it was rated as the second most outstanding Telefe program during July 2018, being surpassed only by 100 days to fall in love broadcast on the same channel.

Currently, the drama starring Cansu Dere and Beren Gökyıldız (Melek) airs in the United States on Univision, Monday through Friday at 10 pm Eastern Time.
