Mourning on set of Indiana Jones: crew member found dead

Hollywood is in mourning again.

After the events, still under investigation, in which the director of photography of the film ‘Rust’ died, another member of a set died in times of filming.

The deceased was Nick cupac, a member of the ‘staff’ of the new installment of ‘Indiana Jones‘.

The 54-year-old man had been supporting various film projects. He was part of series and films such as the documentary ‘Killing Hitler’ (2003), ‘The Da Vinci Code’ (2006), ‘Compulsion’ (2008) and more recently ‘Venom: Carnage released’ (2021).

The last goodbye in a hotel in Fez

According to several specialized portals in the world of entertainment, Cupac and just over a hundred people – including the iconic actor Harrison Ford – were in the city of Fez, in Morocco, filming several scenes from ‘Indiana Jones 5’.

The Moroccan city is one of the locations of the long-awaited ‘Indiana Jones 5’.

The spectacular filming already had a suspension at the time: a few months ago Harrison Ford suffered a injury on the shoulder during a scene that caused a three-month delay in filming.

On the morning of this Thursday, according to the British newspaper ‘The Sun’, Cupac did not leave his room.

Almost all the teams were ready to shoot, however, he did not appear at the respective locations.

It is known that several members of the team went to the hotel to look for him.

Cupac was dead in her room.

Although the investigation is still ongoing, it is believed that his death was caused by natural causes, probably while he slept.

At the moment there is no official pronouncement on the destination of the filming.

Some of his colleagues sent their condolences through social networks and remembered, with joy, in the form of tribute, his more than outstanding career.

The fifth installment of the ‘Indiana Jones’ saga was scheduled to hit theaters in June 2021, however, the restrictive consequences of the pandemic forced the project to be postponed until mid-2022.

Time kept running and, faced with other types of adversity, Disney He indicated that the film will be released in 2023.

In July of this year, the protagonist turned 79 years old, neither more nor less.

Coming almost to the ‘eighth floor’, Harrison Ford will continue to play one of the most prominent roles of his career.

What catches the attention of moviegoers and viewers in general is that the role of Professor Indiana Jones requires a lot of agility considering the worsening difficulties he faces in every mission around the world.
