The singer Chris Brown was recently accused of raping a woman on a yacht that was parked outside rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs’ home on Star Island, Miami, according to TMZ.

The alleged victim, who decided to remain anonymous under the pseudonym Jane Doe, stated that she has worked as a choreographer, dancer, model and musical artist, indicated in the legal documents that Brown became from friendly to rapist in a matter of minutes.

In the complaint, the woman claimed that the “Look At Me Now” singer grabbed the phone of an acquaintance with whom she was making a video call, and asked him to come to the house of “Diddy” Combs as soon as possible.

Upon his arrival, on December 30, 2020, Brown invited the alleged victim a drink and instructed him to go to the yacht’s kitchen to wait for him, according to the brief.

In the text it was added that the artist allegedly gave the woman a red cup with a mixed drink, and that they began to talk. Moments later, Brown apparently filled the container for her a second time, and the accuser said she began to feel ill after ingesting her contents.

“(She felt) Disoriented, physically unstable, and began to fall asleep“, reads the document, which adds that it was at that moment that the famous allegedly took her to a room while she suffered from the sensation of being drugged and with little conscience.

The text added that Brown allegedly closed the bedroom door to prevent the plaintiff from trying to leave, then removed her bikini top, kissed her without her consent and raped her, even though she whispered to him to stop.

The woman claimed that the celebrity ejaculated inside her, jumped out of the bed in which he deposited her and told her that “it was over”; the next day, she claims he texted her to ask her to take the morning-after pill, something she did even though she was feeling distraught.

In the lawsuit, he demanded that Brown $20 million dollars in damage under the allegation that the alleged rape caused her severe emotional distress; Her attorneys, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, commented that her client did not report the act at that time because she felt very embarrassed and she had many responsibilities for her medical studies.

“(We are) Committed that the victims are heard, and we will urge anyone who has information about it to contact them,” the legal defenders said.

Neither Brown nor any member of his team has commented on the matter so far.
