The woman, who spoke under the alias “Ava,” said Noth sexually assaulted her when she was 18 at Da Marino restaurant in Manhattan, New York, in 2010. At the end of her shift, she went to her employer’s office to pick up the payment of the working day and Noth followed her.

Then the actor started kissing her and she tried to stop him.

Ava said Noth ignored her refusal and abused her. “It was very strong, my whole body ached the next day,” he said, alluding to how he tried to defend himself from the attack.

In the midst of that situation, Ava convinced the actor to have sex elsewhere, which gave him the opportunity to escape from the office. The first women to speak pointed out that the events occurred in 2004 and 2015. The Hollywood Reporter He identified them as Lily and Zoe, to protect their privacy. The first, who is a journalist, wrote to THR in August, and the second, in October.

As with Ava’s accusation, Noth denied Lily and Zoe’s testimonies. “The accusations against me made by people I knew years, even decades ago, are categorically false. These stories could have been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago, ‘no’ always means ‘no’, that’s a line I didn’t cross. The meetings were consensual, “he said in a statement sent to THR.
