Lara Dutta also referenced number 21 when congratulating Harnaaz in a heartfelt tweet. “Congratulations @ HarnaazSandhu03! Welcome to the club! We have waited 21 long years for this! You make us so, so proud! One billion dreams have come true! ”Wrote the second Miss Universe.
