“We have not yet sold the one from Texas and the one from Lindavista, we are seeing if we can turn it into a museum. From the Roberto Cantoral Museum, everything depends on the pandemic, we are talking with the mayor Álvaro Obregón ”, shared Itatí in an interview with the program ‘Sale el Sol’.

This house, which is located at 230 Buenavista Street and is built on three floors, is striking for having embedded, in the garage door, the scores of the first stanza of the famous song ‘El Reloj’, as well as some musical instruments in gold tone.

On one side of the house, which is of a fairly good size, is the IInstitute of Singing Art and Technology, inaugurated by the late Itatí Zucchi and her son, José Cantoral, with the aim of training the musicians of tomorrow and to face cybernetic autism.

Texas mansion remains unsold

On the other hand, Itatí shared that they have not yet been able to sell Roberto Cantoral’s imposing mansion, in Texas, for which plan to receive about $ 1.3 million, since they do not have sufficient financial resources to maintain it.

“Notice that we have not sold it yet,” the actress shared in her brief meeting with the media.

The property, located in the Rancho Viejo Resort & Country Club, has been in the family for more than four decades.

The Cantoral mansion, which was rebuilt in 2006 after being destroyed by a fire caused by a short circuit, has an area of ​​6,979 square feet, with eight bedrooms, eight full baths and two half baths.

It also has a hall, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room, main room, bar, TV room, games room, event room, laundry room, garage for four vehicles, among other rooms.

Outside, on its 1.10-acre lot, the house has a terrace, with extensive green areas, with statues, with fountains, with a marble clock, with a bonfire, with children’s games and with a miniature city, which includes a cable car, some train tracks and a replica of the image of Christ the Redeemer.

The house also has its own dock, as it has access to a body of water, so future residents will be able to practice various water sports there.
