In this sense, Mauricio commented that going to hospital was a great decision in his life, because he gave himself the opportunity to grow, of substances, and he stopped using substances to escape.
“My level of consumption was very strong, but it was functional. Although yes, there were a few moments when I felt that I would die doing the project or go into hospital, and I made the decision to go into hospital and faced all the consequences that this entailed, because for me it was a very beautiful experience, ”he said.
They were like 35 days hospitalized doing physical, mental and emotional therapy, because in the end addiction is a disease and it is triphasic, you have to attack it in its three areas. It was very nice because they gave me tools to continue working for the rest of my life.
Regarding his departure from the center, Ochmann pointed out that he had to struggle to find his balance, as he became someone very hard on himself.

That is why I recommend therapy, one has to know oneself, search for balance. You don’t go to therapy because you’re crazy, but because you have to get to know each other,” he said.
