A few weeks ago it had already been verified, in a Halloween image, how much the children of Magdalena of Sweden have grown. Silvia and Carlos Gustavo’s daughter leads a quiet and discreet life in the United States with her family, which is why it is when the proud mother shares an image that she can see the evolution of her children. This year’s Christmas greetings were precisely the portrait of how time is changing the little ones of the house, who appear very smiling with their parents. Leonore (seven years old), Nicolas (six years old) and Adrienne (three years old) stand in front of their parents, Chris O’Neill in a suit and Magdalena in a modern set of black sweater, red plaid skirt and high boots.
The girls wear a pinafore in a dark tone, combined with a white sweater, while Nicolas wears the sweater to match the tone of his mother’s skirt. The little ones seem to demonstrate once again their different personalities Well, while Nicolas sports a wide, natural and spontaneous smile, his sisters seem a little more shy with their arms behind their back and a little more serious. Little Adrienne also leans on her mother, from whom she is not separated as could be seen a few days ago while they were mounting the tree that precisely served as the stage. The beautiful fir tree with discreet and minimalist decoration, just a few lights that do not recharge the scene, which was taken just the day it was decorated. “We wish a Merry Christmas and the best for 2022” writes Princess Magdalena.
A gift from his mother, Queen Silvia
She has already received a very meaningful gift, a present made public by her mother, Queen Silvia, on her 78th birthday. In a short clip released by the Swedish Royal Household, the Queen announced that she had offered her daughter the title of honorary vice president of the World Children’s Foundation, which she accepted, of course. “This means that Princess Magdalena will work side by side with the Queen in matters related to Children, which is part of the vision that the organization has established for its long-term development until the year 2030” explained the Royal Household.
“Today I am honored to announce that my mother, on her 78th birthday, invited me to take on a new leadership role as Honorary Vice President of the World Children’s Foundation. I am deeply grateful for the support of the entire Childhood family and I will do my best to continue the important work of the foundation to fight against the sexual exploitation of children, ”said the Princess. He has already worked with the aforementioned organization for years and is a member of the foundation’s council in Sweden and an honorary member of its US delegation. In fact now collaborates in various initiatives that has launched the foundation in the United States.
Queen Silvia founded the World Childhood Foundation in 1999 to protect children from sexual abuse. The organization has several branches: Children Sweden, Brazil, the United States and Germany. Some 115 programs have been launched in 17 countries around the world.
